• Propane heater, electric air conditioner

• Vent less propane fireplace with brick fascia

• Paint is off white or similar.  Additional colors optional

• Yard to be rough graded only and debris removed

Optional Items

• Upgrades are always available before construction stages are completed

• All changes regardless of time or size of change will incur

• A 15% increase over and above the cost of the item that is requested to be changed

Warranties

• One year builders warranty on the house construction

• Appliances are warranted by their respected manufacturers

Allowances

• Allowances are as follows

• Carpet @ $14.00 per SQ YD

• Ceramic tile all wet areas at $1.00 per tile

• All lighting total is $1000.00

• Appliance allowance is $1200.00

Any other changes must be agreed upon by the builder and the buyers in writing before that change in made.
